摘 要:[目的]建立ICP-MS同时测定补钙食品中Pb、Cd、Cu和As的分析方法。[方法]样品经微波消化后直接用ICP-MS进行分析。[结果]整个方法的检出限为0.002~0.015mg/kg,可以满足测定的要求,精密度优于3.3%,回收率为95.6%~105%,对2个标准参考物质的分析结果令人满意。[结论]可用ICP-MS同时测定补钙食品中Pb、Cd、Cu和As,整个方法具有简单、快速和准确的特点。[Objective] To develop a simultaneous determination method of Pb,Cd,Cu and As in supplementary calcium food by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.[Methods] After digesting by microwave digestion,samples were directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.[Results] The detections of limit were at the range of 0.002-0.015mg /kg,the R.S.Ds were less than 3.3%,and recoveries were at the range of 95.6-105.The results of two references were satisfactory.[Conclusion] This method is simple,sensitive and accuracy,and can simultaneous determinate Pb,Cd,Cu and As in supplementary calcium food.
