147例重度龈下折裂磨牙保存修复的疗效评价与分析

摘　　要：[目的]研究重度龈下折裂磨牙保存治疗后的疗效及原因分析。[方法]随机选取147例重度龈下折裂磨牙,采用口内复位、直接粘接牙折片加正畸结扎丝固定,给予牙体、牙髓、牙周及全冠修复治疗。[结果]1年成功率45.58%,基本成功率23.81%,合计69.39%,失败率30.61%。[结论]重度龈下折裂的磨牙,若进行早期的复位固定,完善的牙体、牙髓、牙周及全冠修复治疗,保存患牙的形态和功能是有可能的。[Objective] To study the clinical effects and reasons of severely subgingival fractured molars after conservative restoration.[Methods] 147 cases of severely subgingival fractured molars were randomly selected,and treated with fixing orally,bonding odontoclasis directly by orthodontic ligature wire,and giving teeth dental,endodontic,periodontal therapy and full-crown restoration.[Results] The success rate during 1-year period was 45.58%,and the general and total success rates were 23.81% and 69.39%,respectively.The failure rate was 30.61%.[Conclusion] It＇s possible to conserve the morphology and function of severely sub-gingival fractured molars by early reduction and fixation,perfecting dental,endodontic and periodontal therapy,and full-crown restoration.
