摘　　要：一直以来,由于乳糜泻(celiac disease)以一种亚临床表现或静息期出现,且小肠活检—乳糜泻诊断的金标准也有着一定的局限性,故临床上极易被漏诊、误诊,现在胶囊内镜的应用可能大大地提高了他的诊断率.现本文将胶囊内镜在乳糜泻诊断中的应用作一综述.As celiac disease often appears in a subclinical or silent form and there are some limitations on small intestinal biopsy - the gold standard for the diagnosis of the disease, an accurate diagnosis of the disease is very difficult. As a result, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis often occur. Currently, the application of capsule endoscopy may be helpful for improving the diagnostic accuracy. In this article, we will review the application of capsule endoscopy in the diagnosis of celiac disease.
