摘　　要：从当代大学生的思想特点出发,深入剖析了社会经济变革、高校教育体制改革以及现代传媒技术的迅猛发展对高校思想政治工作提出的新挑战和新压力,指出当前思想政治工作的重点是稳定和培养一大批优秀的思想政治工作者,改进工作内容,创新工作思路,开辟新的工作途径,以确保新形势下高校思想政治工作的平稳推进。On the basis of ideological and political characteristics presented in undergraduate student at the present age, this article thoroughly analyzes the challenge and stress newly caused by social and economic transformation, innovation of education system at higher school and quick development of modern radio and television technology. Finally, in order to ensure smooth push on ideological and political education at higher school, the present work keystone is to stabilize and to train a large quantities of excellent ideological and political educators, to ameliorate work content, to innovate work method and to break a new path of education.
