基于地域集聚的浙江省中小企业创新网络的分布与特征

摘　　要：中小企业集群创新网络是浙江省经济发展的一大特色。本文通过对浙江省区域内中小企业集群创新网络进行调查分析,提出了中小企业集群创新网络的概念,描绘了其空间分布与主要特征,提出了浙江省中小企业集群创新网络的发展周期判断,最后提出了提升浙江省中小企业创新网络功能的政策建议。The innovative network of small and medium-sized enterprise is one of characteristics of the economic development of Zhejing province. In this paper,the concepts of innovative network of small and medium-sized enterprise are put forward,and their geographical distribution and main characteristics are analyzed on the basis of the investigation on the innovative networks of regional small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang province. And the development phases of innovative networks of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang province are put forward. Finally, the suggestions on enhancing the functions of innovative networks of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang are given.
