肝细胞肝癌患者血清白细胞介素8水平与临床病理参数的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨肝细胞肝癌（HCC）患者血清中自细胞介素8（IL-8）的表达水平与临床病理参数的关系。方法应用酶联免疫分析方法检测60例HCC患者（HCC组）、50例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎（简称“乙肝”）患者（乙肝组）和50例健康者（对照组）血清中IL-8水平，并对3组结果进行对比分析。结果HCC组、乙肝组和健康对照组血清中IL-8水平分别是1．066μg／L，0．736μg／L，0．356μg／L。HCC组血清中IL-8表达水平显著高于乙肝组和健康对照组。结论HCC患者血清IL-8水平与肿瘤分期、大小、是否转移和组织分化程度有关。IL-8可能促进肿瘤的生长和转移。Objective To investigate the correlation among serum levels of interleukin-8 （IL-8） and clinicopathological features in hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）. Methods The serum IL-8 concentrations were detected by ELISA in 60 HCC patients,50 chronic hepatitis with HBsAg positive and 50 healthy controls. Results The serum concentrations of IL-8 were 0. 1066 μg/L,0.736 μg/L and 0.356 μg/L in the HCC,hepatitis patients and normal controls. The serum levels of IL-8 were significantly higher in HCC than in those chronic hepatitis with HBsAg positive and healthy controls. Conclusion The serum level of IL-8 is related to stages, tumor sizes, metastasis status and degree of tissue differentiation in patients with HCC. The results indicate that IL-8 may be related to the growth and metastasis of HCC.
