高校内涵式发展战略研究——以浙江理工大学为个案

摘　　要：在分析高校"内涵式发展"基本内涵的基础上,通过对浙江理工大学实施内涵式发展战略必要性的分析,探索浙江理工大学实施内涵式发展战略的举措。认为浙江理工大学应从凝练大学精神、树立创新意识、践行特色理念、优化教学质量、完善人才观、加强国际交流与合作等方面,构建适合自身发展特点的内涵式发展战略。Based on the analysis of university intrinsic development connotation, the article not only analyses the necessity of the intrinsic development for Zhejiang Sci-Tech University but also probes its countermeasures. Zhejiang Sci-Tech University should build up the scientific strategy of the intrinsic development by condensing university spirit, establishing innovation consciousness, innovating characteristic ideas, optimizing teaching program, perfecting concept of the talent and deepening international exchange and cooperation.
