摘　　要：目的:检测EphA4mRNA在胃癌组织及正常组织中的表达,分析其与临床多项指标之间的关系。方法:利用实时定量RT-PCR方法,检测39例胃癌患者肿瘤和正常组织中EphA4基因的表达情况,分析其与多项临床及病理学指标之间的关系。结果:EphA4基因在胃癌患者中均有表达,并且表达程度具有差异性。EphA4基因表达与淋巴结分期相关(P=0.017),也与临床分期相关(P=0.015)。与年龄、性别、分化程度、浸润深度、Lauren分型、脉管和神经浸润无显著相关。结论:EphA4可能促进胃癌的进展和转移。Objective：To analyze the expression of EphA4 gene in gastric cancer and its correlation with clinical parameters. Methods： Expression of EphA4 was determined by using real-time PCR （RT-PCR） in 39 gastric cancer patients. Correlation between EphA4 expression and clinical parameters was measured by statistics. Results：EphA4 gene expressed aberrantly in this group of patients. Expression of EphA4 mRNA was related to lymphatic stages （P=0.017） and TNM stages （P=0.015）. Expression of EphA4 mRNA had no significant correlation with age, sex, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, Lauren classification, vascular and neural invasion. Conclusion：The data imply that EphA4 gene may not promote or inhibit the occurrence of gastric cancer, but may promote the progression and metastasis of gastric cancer.
