摘  要:在对胜利油田沾3区块油藏状况分析的基础上,模拟地层高温高压的条件利用分子生物学技术研究了不同激活剂对内源微生物的激活效果.实验分别以葡萄糖、蔗糖、玉米浆、淀粉作碳源,以油井产出水和注入水作为研究对象,进行微生物的激活优化.结果表明,激活以后水样中微生物种群发生了明显变化,以葡萄糖为碳源激活效果尤为突出.另改变葡萄糖的浓度对激活效果进一步研究,结果表明,当葡萄糖的浓度为5~7.5g·L^-1时较为合适,细菌密度能达到107cell.mL^-1.产出水的激活效果比注入水要好.On the basis of analyzing the reservoir status of ZHAN 3 block in Shengli Oilfield, different nutrients were used to activate the indigenous microorganisms by utilizing the denature gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) under the condition of stratum. The results showed that the microbial communities changed noticeably when glucose, cane sugar, corn steep liquor, starch solution were used as the carbon source ,and the produced water and injected water were used as the objects. In addition, based on the effect and the practicability, the concentration of glucose was altered in further experiments, which indicated that the density of the indigenous microorganisms could reach 107 cell · mL^-1 when the concentration of glucose was from 5 g · L^- 1 to 7.5 g · L^-1 , and the results also indicated that the produced water was better than the injected water for microbial growth.
