金融危机下江西酒店业的发展现状及对策

摘　　要：2008年下半年以来,旷日持久的美国次贷危机已转化为严峻的世纪性金融危机。严重的金融危机使得与经济水平密切相关的酒店业面临着前所未有的挑战。但是江西酒店业却表现出以下特点:星级酒店出租率下降,经济型酒店逆势发展,酒店业的投资增加;本文深入分析了江西酒店业在危机中面临的机遇和挑战,并在此基础上探讨了应对金融危机的策略。Since the second half year of 2008, the long-lasting sub-loan crisis in the U.S. has been converted into a severe financial crisis of the century. The severe financial crisis makes the hotel industry, which is closely related to the level of economy, face unprecedented challenges. However, the hotel industry in Jiangxi Province has shown the following characteristics： the occupancy rate of Star hotels dropping, economy hotel developing in the contrary environment, investment increasing in the hotel industry. The article makes a deep analysis of the hotel industry of Jiangxi which is facing the opportunities and challenges during the crisis, and on this basis, it discuses strategies to deal with the financial crisis.
