摘　　要："桥隧模式"和"路衢模式"都是市场主体创新的中小企业融资方式。以集合信托债权基金为基本原理的"路衢模式"引入了政府扶持和导向因素,提出了提高融资效率的相关机制,为解决我国中小企业的融资问题开辟了新的途径。＂Bridge and Tunnel Mode＂ and ＂Road Qu Model＂ are the innovative main market of small and medium enterprises financing.Among them,the collection of the basic principles of the Trust Fund for claims of ＂Road Qu Mode＂,because the introduction of government support and guidance factors,and designed to improve the efficiency of the related financing mechanisms,and solve the financing problems of SMEs in China,will have a more positive sense.
