摘　　要：随着经济全球化和信息网络技术的高速发展,市场竞争逐步变为国际竞争国内化和国内市场国际化的竞争,集中采购作为集团化企业发展的重要环节,不仅仅是企业全面降低成本,获得竞争优势的有力保障,也是集团化企业进行企业制度建设管理过程中进行中央集权管理的重要手段。With the high-speed development of economy globalization and the information web technology,the market competition has become the national internation competition and international home market.As the important content of group enterprises development,the centralized purchasing is the powerful guarantee of enterprise decreasing cost and gaining the competitive advantages,and is the important method of carrying out the centralization management of power in the process of system construction of group enterprises.
