摘　　要：目的:探索临床药师在卒中单元治疗中的参与模式和作用。方法:在卒中单元治疗中开展药学服务。结果:可以减少不合理用药,优化治疗方案。结论:临床药师在卒中单元治疗中起着不可替代的作用。Objective： To export the participation pattern and the positive role of the clinical pharmacist in stroke unite treatment.Methods： To develop the pharmaceutical care in stroke unite treatment.Results： The phenomena of the Irrational Use of Drugs has been decreased,the treatment option has been optimized.Conclustion： The clinical pharmacist.played an irreplaceable function in stroke unite treatment.
