肝硬化患者血清一氧化氮水平与脂质过氧化损伤的关系

摘  要:对39例肝硬化患者血清一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)进行了测定,并分析其间的关系。结果表明:血清NO、MDA水平均显示出失代偿期>代偿期>正常对照;血清GSH水平显示出失代偿期<代偿期<正常对照。39例患者血清NO与MDA呈明显正相关,NO与GSH呈明显负相关,而肝硬化患者血清NO水平与Child-Pugh积分呈显著负相关。可见,肝硬化患者血清NO和MDA水平增高,GSH水平降低。NO过量生成参与了脂质过氧化肝损伤过程。The level of serum nitric oxide (NO), malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione (GSH)were determined in 39 patients with cirrhosis of the liver and 22 normal subjects. The level of serum NO and MDA showed: decompensated patients>compensated patients>normal subjects, the level of serum GSH showed: decompensated patients<compensated patients <normal subjects. NO levels were correlated positively with MDA levels, and correlated negatively with GSH levels in 39 patients with cirrhosis of the liver. A strong positive correlation was also found between NO levels and Child-Pugh scores in 39 patients. The study indicated that the level of serum NO and MDA ascended in patients with cirrhosis of the liver, that of GSH descended, the increase of NO was much related to the liver damage of lipid peroxidation.
