甲状腺良性肿瘤的B超诊断——附78例

摘　　要：甲状腺良性肿瘤（特别是腺瘤）是甲状腺常见疾病，有结构单一、包膜完整、发展缓慢及退行性改变的超声显像特点。对７８例甲状腺手术的病人进行术前Ｂ超与术后病理对照分析，Ｂ超诊断符合率为９４９％，提示Ｂ超显像在甲状腺肿瘤方面有其独特的诊断价值和广泛的实用性。Benign tumors of thyroid(especially adenoma of thyroid)are common diseases of thyroid. They have Several ultrasonic imaging charactcristics: stucture uniform, membrane intact, progress slow and retrograde change common. Preoperative B-mode ultrasonography of 78 cases were comparatively studied with pathology. The results showed that the confirmed diagnosis rate of B-mode, ultrasonography for benign tumor of thyroid was 94 9%.It suggested that B-mode ultrasonography had unique diagnostic value and could be widely used.
