益气清热养阴中药改善小鼠Lewis肺癌模型恶病质的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气清热养阴中药对晚期Lewis肺癌恶病质小鼠治疗的反应状况,并探讨其可能机制。方法:建立Lewis肺癌胸腔移植恶病质模型,随机分为5组:正常对照组(NC)、模型对照组(MC)、中药组(TCM)、消炎痛组(IND)和顺铂组(DDP)。观察小鼠体重、饲料消耗量、饮水量等生存状态变化;ELISA法检测血清中白介素-1α(IL-1α)、白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果:(1)体重:通过药物治疗后,除正常对照组外,中药组较其他各组体重有所增加(P<0.05);(2)饲料消耗量:除正常对照组外,中药组与消炎痛组比较无明显差别,与其他组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);(3)生存时间:除正常对照组外,中药组与其他各组相比较没有统计学意义(P>0.05);(4)除正常对照组外,IL-1α在各组小鼠血清中的浓度均无明显差别;中药组中IL-6及TNF-α的血清浓度明显低于其他组(P<0.05)。结论:益气清热养阴中药对改善晚期肺癌恶病质小鼠生活状态有较好作用,其机制可能与降低恶病质小鼠血清中TNF-α和IL-6水平有关。Objective：To research the quality of life on the advanced Lewis lung cancer cachexia model with Benefiting qi clearing heat and nourishing yin decoction,and investigate the possible mechanism.Methods：The advanced lung cancer cachexia models were established,and divided into five groups randomly： normal control group,model control group,TCM group,IND group and DDP group.The life quality of the whole groups and the levels of TNF-α,IL-1α and IL-6 were measured.Results：The mice in thoracic cavity implant group were easier to show losing weight and anorexia.Except the normal control group,the consumption of feed in TCM group and IND group was significantly higher than the others（P〈0.05）.There was no difference about quantity of survival time among each group except the normal control group.The TNF-α and IL-6 serum level of TCM group was lower than other groups.Conclusion：The traditional Chinese medicine is helpful to improve the life of quality and syndroma of lung cancer cachexia,and the possible mechanism may be related with the serum level of TNF-α and IL-6.
