^(153)Sm-EDTMP治疗骨转移癌疗效观察

摘　　要：本文对71例^(153)Sm-EDTMP 治疗(37mBq/kg)的骨转移癌病人(其中41例行单次治疗,30例行多次治疗)的骨痛缓解情况进行观察。对30例多次治疗病人治疗前后病灶变化进行了分析。结果显示:单次治疗骨痛缓解率为80.5%(33/41),多次治疗骨痛缓解率为90.0%(28/30),多次治疗病灶有效率为50.6%。结果表明,^(153)Sm-EDTMP不仅可以缓解骨转移癌所致的骨痛,而对转移灶也有一定治疗作用。Seventy-one cases with bone metastases were treated with ^(153)Sm-EDTMP,41 of them were administrated a single intravenous injection of 37mBq/kg,and 30 of them received more than one injection.The pain palliation was observed among them,and the changes of the metastases focus were analyzed in patieats retreated.It was found,that pain palliation occurred in 80.5%(33/41)of the single treatment group,and in multiple treatment group pain palliation occupied 90.0%(28/30),the improvement of lesions occupied 50.6%.the results indicate that ^(153)Sm-EDTMP not only can relief bone pain,but also have curative effects on metastases lesions.
