眼挫伤与低眼压

摘　　要：89例眼挫伤后低眼压病例中,男性71例(79.8%),平均年龄27.5岁,11-40岁青壮年66例(74.2%)。引起低眼压的原因有:眼球破裂51眼(57.3%),视网膜裂孔,脱离7眼(7.9%),眼内血管神经功能暂时性失调9眼(10.1%),虹膜睫状体炎及睫状体脱离22眼(24.7%),对眼挫伤后低眼压的原因及治疗进行了讨论。In eighty-nine cases with low intra-ocular tension after suffering from blunt ocular trauma,71 patients(79. 8%)were male,with an average age of 27.5 years,66 patients(74.2%)were aged 11 to 40 years.The cause of induced low intra-ocular tension includes:eyeball rupture 51 eyes(57.3%),rhegmatogenous retinal detachment 7 eyes(7.9%),temporal functional malfunction of intra-ocular vasa and nerve 9 eyes(10.1%).iridocyclitis and detachment of ciliary body 22 eyes(24.7%).The cause and treatment of low intra-ocular tension was discussed.
