摘　　要：企业社会责任要求企业对社会利益的维护和增进承担义务,分配正义就当然成为企业社会责任制度追求的目标之一。不同要素参与分配而导致的社会分层是作为社会分配基础形式的企业分配差距产生的基本原因,阶层间良性互动是企业社会责任框架下实现分配正义的基本要求。劳动者的基本人权保护、人力资本参与企业剩余分配以及不同劳动者之间分配调节,是实现企业社会责任框架下分配正义的基本路径。It is social responsibilities of enterprises to protect the social interests. Distribution justice is certainly becoming the goal of corporations＂ social liability system. Social stratum caused by various factors participating in distribution is the fundamental reason leading to unfair business distribution, which is the basic form of social distribution. The sound interaction among social strata is the basic requirement for the realization of distribution justice. The protection of laborer% basic human rights, human resource participating in corporate remaining distribution and distribution adjusting among different laborers are the basic methods to realize distribution justice under the framework of social responsibilities of enterprises.
