摘  要:目的利用C57BL/6小鼠制备黑色素瘤动物模型,选择合适的造模条件。方法将黑色素瘤细胞株B16制备成1×108L-1、1×109L-1、5×109L-1、1×1010L-1浓度的细胞悬液,分别注射于小鼠背部,观察小鼠的出瘤时间、生存期及小鼠生活习性的改变。结果小鼠出瘤率为100%。浓度越高出瘤时间、生存期越短,生活习性改变越明显。结论选择背部为注射部位较方便,细胞浓度为1×109L-1制备的动物模型,出瘤时间、生存时间更适于实际工作。Objective It is to find the better condition to establish melanoma animal model in C57BL/6 mouse.Methods Cell suspensions of B16 melanoma cells with the concentrations of 1×108 L-1,1×109 L-1,5×109 L-1,1×1010 L-1 were made and injected on the backs of the mice.Then tumor appeared time,survival time and the behavior changes of the mice were observed.Results The rates of bearing tumor were 100%.The tumor appearing time and mouse survival time became shorter and the changes of behavior were more obviously with the concentration increasing. Conclusion It is convenient to use their backs as the injecting position in the mice. Animal models which were made by 1 × 10^9 L^-1 have a shorter tumor ap- pearing time and survival time, so they are more suitable for practical experiment.
