门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸治疗56例肝性脑病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸治疗肝性脑病的临床疗效。方法肝性脑病患者56例,随机分为两组,治疗组28例,对照组28例。采用门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸治疗并测定患者治疗前、后血清氨的水平,观察其临床疗效。结果肝性脑病患者血氨水平明显增加,且与肝性脑病病情程度相关,两组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸治疗后血氨含量下降程度和肝性脑病清醒时间明显优于对照组;门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸对肝性脑病具有明显疗效。Objective To investigate the herapeutic effects of ornithine-laspartate on the patients with hepaticencephalopathy （HE）. Methods Fifty-six patients with HE were divided into two groups： treatment group （28 cases）, control group（28 cases）. Serum levels of NH3 were examined in all patients before and after the treatment. The clinical efficacy was also observed. Serum levels of NH3 increased markedly in HE and correlated with the severity of HE. The decreased serum NH3 levels and the time of regaining consciousness were superior to that in the control group （P〈0.01） and the side effects were slight. Conclusion The ornithine-laspartate is a beneficial agent in the treatment of hepaticencephalopathy safely.
