摘 要:以高丛越橘优选系A119为材料,研究了铁盐种类和浓度对其组培增殖能力的影响。结果表明:0.1mmol/L或0.2mmol/LEDTANa2+FeSO4以及0.2mmol/LEDTA-Fe对越橘丛生枝增殖倍数和叶绿素含量无显著影响。0.1mmol/LEDTANa2+FeSO4处理具有最高的丛生枝重、含水量、总枝长和平均枝长,而0.4mmol/LEDTA-Fe处理显著抑制了丛生枝的增殖倍数、增重、含水量、长度和叶绿素含量。To establish a high efficient shoot regeneration system of promising southern highbush blueberry selection A119, a research on different origins and concentration of Fe on in vitro shoot proliferation was conducted. Shoot proliferation per explant and chlorophyll concentration were not significantly different among the treatments of 0.1 or 0.2 mmol/L EDTANa2 + FeSO4, and 0.2 mmol/L EDTA-Fe. Shoot weight, water content, shoot height were the highest in 0.1 mmol/L EDTANa2 + FeSO4 treatment. The lowest shoot proliferation per explant, weight, water content, shoot height, and chlorophyll concentration were found in 0.4 mmol/L EDTA-Fe treatment.
