摘　　要：所谓转注,是在构建新字的过程中,把意义相同或相近的字做一归类,然后使它们的部首统一,而且拥有同一义类的字都要接受部首字所包含的意义信息,这种意义信息在这类字中能够相互传递,因而使这些字不仅在构形上形成系统,而且在构意上也有联系。许慎对"转注"的定义体现了他对汉字在构形上具有系统性的深刻认识。The meaning of the so-called mutually explanatory is that during a process of change the Chinese character, we classify the characters which have the same meaning or similar meaning, and then make characters have the same radicals. At the same time, characters which have the same radical should include the meaming of the radical, this meaning can pass to each other in this type of characters,so that it can make all the characters not only form structures which are systematically but also relate the meanings to radicals. The meaning of mutually explanatory which was defined by Xu Shen indicated that he has a deep cognition of the configuration of Chinese character.
