摘　　要：在我国社会主义市场经济深入发展的今天,社会各行各业呼唤创业型人才。社会对创业型人才的巨大需求,必然要求地方高校深入探讨和实践如何培养创业型人才的问题,这是新时代赋予地方高校的一项重要使命,也是地方高校迫切需要研究的一项重大课题。本文探讨了创业型人才的内涵特征、重要意义及其培养策略,以求教于大方。Nowadays, with deep development of Socialist Market Economic in our country, the entrepreneurial talents are needed in all walks of life. A huge demand for the entrepreneurial talents of the society will surely lead to the deep discussion and practice of how to nurture entrepreneurial talents for local universities. This is a very important task which the new epoch gives to local universities, and a major subject for local universities to deal with urgendy. In order to get suggestion from experts, this article examines the connotation, great significance and its nurture strategy of entrepreneurial talents.
