平流层通信系统在抢险救灾中的应用

摘　　要：论述了平流层通信系统的结构模型、性能和特点。根据平流层通信建设费用低、所需地面设备少、平台可快速部署等优点,结合5.12汶川大地震进行了具体的通信需求分析,提出了将平流层通信系统运用于抢险救灾中的应急通信方案,具有一定的可行性和实用性。This paper discussed the stratospheric communication system model,performance and features.Stratospheric communication system has many advantages,such as building low-cost,less necessary ground equipment needed and platforms deployed rapidly.It puts forward an emergency communication program of stratospheric communication system according to communication needs of 5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake.The program is feasible and practical for disaster relief.
