摘  要:保险丝的自动识别与定位是汽车保险电路视觉检测的关键技术,直接影响到保险电路中保险丝的错装或多装等装配错误的识别。为此提出一种保险电路自动识别与定位视觉传感新方法。通过融合中值滤波和Canny算子检测保险电路保险丝图像边缘,并利用Hough变换检测出汽车保险电路各种保险丝的倾斜角。在HSV彩色空间下识别出保险丝的颜色,将保险丝与背景分离,用水平和垂直投影法以及极小值法定位保险丝。实验结果表明,新方法能够较好地识别和定位保险电路元件。Recognition and position fixing of the fuse is the key technology for automobile fuse circuit visual detection, and has strong effect on detection of the wrong assemblage or more assemblage of the fuses. This paper proposes a novel visual sensing approach to detect the fuse circuit automatically. The edge of fuse circuit images can be detected by applying a combination of Canny algorithm and the medium filter. Also, the bevel of fuses is determined by using Hough transformation. The color of the fuses is distinguished in HSV color space environment and the fuses are separated from the background. Every fuse can be recognized and positioned by the horizontal and vertical projection and the minimum algorithm. Experimental results have confirmed that the proposed method is effective to realize the recognition and position fixing of fuses.
