县级区域教育发展水平与经济差异间关系的实证研究

摘　　要：对中部县级区域间教育发展水平与经济差距的相关分析后,发现中部县级区域间经济水平与教育发展水平呈显著关系。因此,特建议推行"区域性财政中立"制度,加大生均公用经费的投入,达到提高教育质量的目的。同时,地方政府应树立教育公益性观念,发挥社会各界力量,缩小区域间教育差距。After an analysis of the correlation between the economical level and the educational development in the county regions of the central part, we find a remarkable correlation exists among these regions. In view of this,we strongly suggest the implementation of a neutral regional financial system to increase the input of average public funds, thus realizing the goal of improving the educational quality. At the same time, the local government should establish the idea of education serving the public and make the best of people from all walks of life so as to narrow the gap among these regions.
