摘　　要：提出一种人工神经元模型，构造了相应的神经网络，讨论了它的训练方法；应用这种神经网络成功地求解了工程系统可靠度的最优分配问题，给出了土建工程系统可靠度优化的工程计算实例。In this paper,we propose a model of artificied neural unit,construct a neural network with this model,discusse the learing method of the neural networks.A problem of optimal reliability distribution of engineering system is solved sucsessfully by using the artificied neured networks.A numerical example computed of the optimal design problem is given in this paper.
