摘  要:稀燃增压天然气发动机的经济性和排放优势取决于发动机的工作区域大小。基于稀燃增压点燃式压缩天然气(CNG)发动机的试验数据,分析了发动机运行区域的限制因素,包括:爆震限制、稀燃限制、增压限制以及涡前温度限制。缸内压力通过高频率传感器采样得到,用于分析爆震相关参数特性,平均有效压力的循环变动系数用作稀燃失火判据。在不同工况,分析了各参数对各限制因素的影响。通过优化发动机结构、标定参数以及控制策略,发动机运行区域得到了有效地拓宽。Vehicle's fuel economy and emissions benefit by using the lean-burn turbocharged compressed natural gas (CNG) engine depends on engine operating conditions. Based on the experimental data of a lean-burn turbocharged spark-ignition (SI) CNG engine, the restrictions of operating range was analyzed, including knock limit, lean burn limit, boost and pre-turbo temperature limits. Cylinder pressure was recorded using a high sampling frequency transducer, thus allowing the analysis of pressure characteristics due to knocking. Coefficient of variations (COV) in indicated mean effective pressure (IMEP) is used in the definition of lean burn misfire. The effects of various engine parameters on engine ~ restrictions were examined at various operating conditions. Through optimizing the mechanical structure of engine, control strategy and calibration parameters, the operating range of engine is considerably extended.
