摘　　要：中国社会保障学科自产生以来,其发展历史的短暂导致自身发展的不成熟、不完善。它虽然是一门多学科的交叉学科,但学科分支领域分化程度不高。中国学位学制改革也给社会保障带来了很多问题,并间接地影响到社会保障专业硕士生的培养质量。因此,加大社会保障学科经费投入、加强对社会保障专业学生的学业指导和就业指导、增强社会保障专业师资队伍建设、采取若干方面的配套改革等就成为社会保障学科日后发展方向。The short interdisciplinary study, the school system brings many history of social security causes its immaturity and imperfection. Although it is an discipline branch domain differentiation is not high. The Chinese degree reform in the problems and indirectly influences the graduate students＇ quality. Therefore, to expand the funds investment, to strengthen the instruction and the career guidance, to enhance the faculty construction, and to adopt certain reforms become the development direction of social security in the future.
