摘  要:长期以来,我国高校旅游管理专业本科教学大多实行的是传统的课堂教学模式,其特点是重理论轻实践,导致了学生实践动手能力差、毕业生业内就业率低等一系列问题。随着我国旅游业的快速发展,旅游企业对高素质的专业人才求贤若渴,旅游人才供需矛盾日益凸显。如何才能有效地培养业内需求的高级管理人才,使旅游管理本科毕业生能在业内充分就业,探讨国内旅游管理专业本科教学全面推行"3+1"模式具有十分重要的现实意义。本文在分析高校旅游管理专业本科教学存在问题的基础上,探讨了旅游管理专业本科教学实行"3+1"模式的必要性和可行性,重点提出了实施"3+1"教学模式的相关建议。Most of the tourism management majors in China's universities implement traditional classroom teaching model for a long time, which is characterized by"emphasis on the theory, neglect practice", and results in many problems such as the poor students' practical ability,low employment rates in the tourism industry. However,with the rapid development of China's tourism industry, tourism enterprises need the senior management personnel eagerly. The imbalance of tourism personnel between supply and demand is increasingly obvious. How to effectively train the senior management personnel of tourism industry, so that it can promote the full employment of tourism management graduates in the tourism industry. It is of great practical significance to probe the full implementation of the "3 +1" model of tourism management teaching in domestic universities. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of tourism management teaching in China's universities,this article probes the necessity and feasibility of "3+1" mode of tourism management teaching in China's universities,and puts forward some specific suggestions to implement "3+1" teaching mode.
