摘　　要：文章介绍了生产34CrMo4热轧无缝钢管进行矫直时发生了碎裂,对34CrMo4热轧无缝钢管碎裂进行取样检测分析。提出了34CrMo4矫直碎裂引起原因为异常的上贝氏体组织,对今后生产34CrMo4热轧无缝钢管避免产生异常的上贝氏体组织提出了建设性的建议。This article introduces the fragmentation of 34CrMo4 hot wiled seamless steel tubes when straightening,and takes sample analysis of it. It is got that the cause is abnormal bainite structure, and constructive suggestion for avoiding abnormal bainite strueture when producing 34CrMo4 hot rolled seamless steel tubes is proposed.
