摘　　要：文章通过对铁路多元经营物流企业与运输主业资产使用关系现状的分析,指出铁路多元经营物流企业与运输主业资产使用关系方面存在的问题,并提出针对性建议和改进措施。By analyzing the status quo of relation between railway multi - operation and use of assets by mainline of transportation, existing problems of which are pointed out. Also, some suggestion and countermeasures of improvement are put forward.
