婴儿气质与脐血单胺类神经递质关系的研究

摘  要:目的探讨婴儿气质与脐血5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)及多巴胺(DA)水平的关系。方法采集76例健康新生儿脐带血检测5-HT、NE、E和DA的血浆浓度,于婴儿1~4个月时采用小婴儿气质问卷(EITQ)评估其气质特征。结果(1)脐血中DA、NE、E的水平无性别差异,5-HT的水平女性高于男性,有显著性差异(P<0.05);(2)5-HT水平影响婴儿的适应性与注意力分散度,E水平影响其适应性,而DA、NE与婴儿气质特征无关联。结论女性脐血5-HT水平高于男性;5-HT、E的水平较高其婴儿适应性较低,而5-HT水平高,注意力更不容易分散。Objective To study whether monoamine neurotransmitters in neonate's cord blood is related to infant temperament. Methods Seventy-six healthy babies were randomly chosen in Changsha and their cord blood was drown when they were born. The levels of blood 5 - HT, NE ( norepinephrine), E (epinephrine) and DA ( do- pamine) were determined. They were assessed after 1 - 4 months by Early Infancy Temperament Questionnaire (EI- TQ) . Results ( 1 ) The level of 5 - HT was significantly higher in females than in males in neonate' s cord blood, the levels of NE, E and DA were no significant sex differences; (2) 5 - HT levels affect infant' s adaptability and at- tention dispersity, E levels affect adaptability too. The levels of E and DA were not correlated with temperament traits. Conclusions The level of 5 - HT in neonate' s cord blood of female is higher than that in male. The higher the 5 - HT and E levels are related with the lower infants' adaptability, while the attention of infant with higher the 5 -HT levels is harder to be dispersed.
