摘  要:采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定水蒸法地黄炮制过程中水蒸汽提取物(汽提物)的光谱数据,并利用连续小波变换和核独立成分分析法提取具有化学意义的独立组分(IC),炮制过程中IC相对浓度变化趋势表明,不同产地地黄汽提物炮制过程IC变化趋势相同,IC相对含量随炮制时间增加逐渐增加后趋于稳定,或者随炮制时间的增加而降低至趋于稳定.根据炮制过程中液体相对浓度变化确定地黄炮制过程的终点为14-15 h.The spectral data of the water steam extracts (WSEs) during the procedure of processing radix rehmanniae were measured by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, the raw spectral data were preprocessed by continuous wavelet transform (CWT)and kernel independent component analysis (KICA) from the CWT coefficient matrix. The results showed that the ICs estimated from WSEs of the rehmanniae produced in different area have the similar trends during the processing procedure, the relative concentrations of the ICs are gradually decreasing or increasing at first period during the processing procedure and then gradully tend to stable. The end-point of the processing procedure is 14 - 15 h be determined by the variation trends of liquid relative concentration.
