摘　　要：肺神经内分泌瘤是一类特殊的肿瘤，具有神经内分泌的功能表现，可以合成、贮存和分泌各种神经胺类及肽类化学递质，并引起相应的临床综合征。近年来研究表明肺神经内分泌瘤表面存在多种神经肽受体，它们在肺神经内分泌瘤的自分泌、旁分泌及内分泌调节中具有重要作用。本文综述了多种神经肽受体在肺神经内分泌瘤表面的分布及其生物学功能，并探讨了其在肺神经内分泌瘤临床诊治中的应用前景。Pulmonary neuroendoerine tumor（NET） is a special kind of tumor with neuroendocrine functions,which can synthesize, store and secrete a variety of nerve amines and peptides as chemical transmitters to cause a lot of corresponding clinical syndromes. In recent years, researches have shown that there are a variety of neuro peptide receptors on the surface of lung NET which play an important role in the autoerine,paracrine and endocrine regulation of the tumor. This paper reviews the distribution and biological role of some neuropeptide receptors on the surface of lung NET,and investigates their application prospects in clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung NET.
