摘  要:自1994年首个转基因植物产品番茄商业化以来,转基因技术、研发、产业等均取得了飞速进展,转基因产品已进入人们的生活,为防范转基因生物对环境及人类健康的风险,应对不断出现的贸易壁垒,作者整理分析了自1994年以来转基因食品国际研发、获批、种植推广、安全性评价等状况,以及中国转基因食品获批、消费、管理状况,提出了在目前转基因食品安全争论和贸易壁垒形势下的对策和建议。Since the first genetically modified (GM) tomato was commercialized in 1994, much progress has been made in transgenic technology, research and development, industry. GM products have more and more connections with human's daily life. With regard to risk of GM products on human health and the environment, in order to strengthen safety management from the government, In this paper, an analysis on research, the planting and safety evaluation of GM crops or foods was made, in addition, situation of consumption and management on GM foods in China was analyzed, too. According to the present situation, some recommendations were proposed for the current controversy in GM food safety situation and trade barriers.
