摘　　要：西南地区是中国重要的粮、肉、油、果、烟、蔗等农产品的生产基地,保护和利用好其耕地资源对保障国家粮食安全意义重大。作者分析了当前西南地区耕地质量存在的突出问题,并从投入现状、管理体制、科技、法制等方面揭示了耕地质量下降的深层原因,提出了相应的对策措施与政策建议。Based on discussing the main problems of the quality of cultivated lands in southwestern Chin,the paper is to reveal the deep causes of falling-off in quality of cultivated lands in southwestern China,.Then,the countermeasures to protect the quality of cultivated land were put forward.
