摘　　要：运用问卷调查和因子分析的方法,从认知状态焦虑、躯体状态焦虑、状态自信心、个性性格以及其它因素等五个方面阐述了影响体育院校高水平男子篮球运动员赛前焦虑的因素,为我们更好地控制赛前焦虑提供了理论依据。By methods of questionnaire and factor analysis,this paper expounds the factors that affect pre-match anxiety of elite basketball players in sport colleges from aspects of anxiety of cognitive state,anxiety of physical state,conditional confidence, personality and other factors,which serves as theoretical evidence for us to control the pre-match anxiety better.
