篮球队共享心智模型评定方法的研制

摘　　要：参考Webber(2000)等人设计的共享心智模型问卷(TMMs),结合专家访谈的结果初步编制了篮球队共享心智模型问卷;对参加2007年全国少年U17篮球比赛的227名运动员和21名教练员进行了共享心智模型的信、效度检验。在此基础上探讨了篮球队共享心智模型与比赛成绩的关系。结果表明,篮球队共享心智模型问卷包含四种典型情境,每种情境各含10个题目;该问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可以用于国内篮球队战术配合意识的分析与诊断;篮球队共享心智模型与比赛成绩具有较高的相关关系。According to the team shared mental models designed by Webber,the thesis introduced the process of organization about basketball team shared mental models questionnaire.227players and 21coaches participating the 2007 national junior competition accepted the examination of reliability and validity.On the basis of it,the relationship was discussed between shared mental models and performance.The results showed that TMMs included four specific scenarios that reflect critical incident situations;each of them hadlO items. The reliability and vahdity of this questionnaire was very high, which could be used for analyzing and diagnosing the basketball sense of tactical cooperation. And there was high relationship between basketball shared mental models and performance.
