摘  要:采用直接边界元法分析了履带式工程机械支重轮滑动轴承,得到了有限长径向的数值解,权函数的基本解只需满足Reynolds方程的线性算子,Reynolds方程的非线性项作为自由项处理并利用常单元离散边界,采用迭代技术求解离散方程组,从而避免了满足非线性方程的权函数基本解不易求出的困难.It analyses the journal bearing of the weight bearing wheel of crawler engineering machine and gets the numerical solutions of the limited radial journal bearing.The basic problem of the weight functions only satisfies the liner operator of Reynolds equation.The nonlinear terms of Reynolds equation is processed as freedom term and the constant demeint is used discrete the boundary.The dis crete equation set is solved by iteration technology,which sequentially avoids the difficulty of not easy to solve the basic problem of weight functions that satisfy nonlinear equation.It is an ideal numerical solution for hydrodynamic pressure′s lubrication of the journal bearing of the weight bearing wheel of the crawler engineering machine.The developed software is reliable and has been run in micro computer accurately.
