加强对基层医生进行急救技能培训效果分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨对基层医生进行急救技能培训的必要性和有效方法。[方法]对66名基层医生按照统一标准进行急救技能培训,急救技能培训内容包括4项技术(止血、包扎、固定、转运)和心肺复苏等,将培训前、后的考核情况进行比较。同时发放调查问卷,调查学员对培训的认可程度。[结果]培训前学员4项技术平均分数为64.39±21.37,培训后分数为84.46±24.18;培训前心肺复苏平均分数为63.04±24.36,培训后分数为90.81±27.41,学员经培训后4项技术和心肺复苏能力明显提高(P﹤0.01)。不同职称基层医生间成绩无差异,98.3%的学员认为对基层医生有必要进行急救技能培训。[结论]基层医生应定期进行急救技能培训,以提高基层医生的急救技能水平,最大限度挽救危重病人的生命。[Objective]To study the effect of first aid training for primary doctors. [Methods] According to the uniform training standards, the first aid training was conducted among 66 primary doctors. The trainging program consisted of hemostasis, bandaging, fixation, transport and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The examination results between the pre and post training were compared. The feedback questionnaires of trained residents were analyzed. [Results] The average score of 4 skills was 64.39±21.37 before training, and the score was 84.46±24.18 after training. The average score of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was 63.04±24.36 before training, and the score was 90.81±27.41 after training. The ability of first aid skills raised obviously （P﹤0.01）. The performance of doctors with different professional titles was no difference. 98.3% trained primary doctors thought that first aid training was very important. [Conclusion] The training of the first aid skills for primary doctors should be carried out regularly. The level of emergency treatment is increased, so the primary doctors can save a lot of critical patients.
