摘　　要：目的探讨膜联蛋白A1(Annexin A1)在口腔颊黏膜鳞癌中的表达及其在颊癌发生、发展中的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法(S-P法)检测Annexin A1在46例口腔颊癌以及相应癌旁组织、10例正常颊黏膜组织中的表达。结果与正常组织相比,颊癌组织膜联蛋白A1的表达水平明显下调,且膜联蛋白A1的缺失程度与临床病理分期相关。结论膜联蛋白A1的表达与颊癌的发生发展密切相关,其表达有望成为临床判断颊癌发生的一个重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression of Annexin A1 in buccal cancer and the role during the occurrence and development of buccal cancer. Methods The expression levels of Annexin A1 were determined by immunohistochemistry method （S-P） in 46 cases of buccal cancer and their corresponding para-carcinoma, 10 cases of normal mucosa. Results Compare to the normal control groups,the expression rate of Annexin A1 was decreased in buccal cancer,and the deficiency level of Annexin A1 was correlated with the clinical stage of the tumor. Conclusion The expression of Annexin A1 in buccal cancer was correlated with the development of the tumor, it may be act as a prognostic marker.
