摘　　要：本文通过对中国民营企业信息素质现状的分析,对企业素质中的最重要因素———管理者与员工,进行综合评价与分析,提出建立、健全民营企业信息素质的必要性。This paper analyzed present conditions of private enterprises in China. Basing on it, conducted a comprehensive evaluation about the most important factors that mainly included managers and staff of private enterprises. Then proposed the ne-cessity of information quality establishment in the private enterprises.
