摘　　要：七氟烷是继氟烷、安氟醚和异氟醚后理想的一种新型全身麻醉药,国内主要依赖进口,价格昂贵。概述了七氟烷的几种合成方法,并着重讨论一锅法制备七氟烷,该方法步骤少,工艺条件温和,收率高,与其它几种方法相比有优势。Sevoflurane （ fluoromethyl - 1,1,1,3,3,3 - hexafluoroisopropyl ether） is an inhalation anesthetic. It is expensive and our country relies on imports for most of its domestic market demand. The traditional methods of synthesis of sevofluorane were summarized duced. It was good than the others for , and a brief account of Single Pot Preparation of Sevoflurane＇was mainly introits simple process, higher yield and mild technological requirement.
