摘　　要：目的了解新疆维吾尔自治区14家公立医院2004—2007年的经济运行状况。方法收集14家医院4年的相关数据,采用统计描述的方法了解不同级别医院的运行情况。结果(1)总收入、医疗收入、药品收入与支出均呈上升趋势,但在总收支结余方面,三级医院、二级医院呈下降趋势;(2)药品结余方面,三级医院、二级医院虽为正结余但呈下降趋势,地州医院、县级医院则为负结余;(3)医疗收入、药品收入占总收入的比例方面,医疗收入所占比例呈逐年上升趋势,药品收入所占比例呈下降趋势。结论所调查的14家公立医院收支结构相对比较合理,基本上符合国家相关规定所占的比例;药品收支结余大幅下降,特别是地州、县级医院出现收支结余为负数,医院运行相对困难。Objective To understand the economy movement condition of fourteefi public hospitals from year 2004 to 2007 in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Methods ColleCting the correlation data of 4 years Of fourteen hospitals, using the statistical description to understand the economy movement situation of different grade hospitals. Results （1） The trend of the gross income, medical income, drug income and the expenditure assume escalation, but in the total surplus of income and expenditure aspect, three levels and two levels of hospitals assume the drop tendency; （2）Although the drugs surplus is pos rive of three levels and two levels hospitals but assumes the drop tendency in the state hospital and county level hospital for negative surplusl （3）At the medical income and drugs income accounting for the gross income in the proportion aspect, the trend of the medical income accounting for the proportion assume escalation, the drogs income account for the proportion to assumes the drop tendency year by year.Conclusion The revenue and expenditure structure of fourteen public hospitals is relatively reasonable, and basically conforms to the proportion which the national correlation stipulation occupies; The drugs income and expenditure surplus drop largely, specially the state, the county level the income and expenditure surplus of hospitals are in the negative number, the hospital movement is relatively difficult.
