摘 要:采用土壤培养试验,研究了两种污染土壤施用不同量的泥炭对DTPA可提取的土壤有效态Cd含量和土壤Cd形态变化的影响。研究结果表明,土壤中DTPA可提取态、水溶态、交换态和有机结合态Cd含量随施加泥炭量的增加而呈逐渐增加的趋势,土壤中铁锰氧化物结合态含量则下降。在低污染的情况下,施加泥炭量达到5.0gkg-1时土壤有效态Cd和交换态Cd含量与对照相比有显著的差异。泥炭施加后引起的土壤生物有效态Cd含量和土壤Cd形态变化与土壤pH和水溶性有机质等的变化有关。The influence of peat on soil DTPA extractable Cd and Cd fractons incubation conditions using two paddy soils contaminated with different levels of Cd results showed that the contents of DTPA extractable, water-soluble, excbangab was investigated under laboratory under different levels of peat. The le and organic matter-bound Cd fractions increased with the increase of peat levels in the two contaminated soils, whereas the iron-manganese oxide-bound Cd fraction decreased. The contents the soils treated with 5.0 g peat kg-1 soil were of DTPA extractable, water-soluble and exchangable Cd fractions in significantly higher as compared with that of control. The organic matter-bound Cd fraction in soils tended to increase transformation of soil Cd fractions were considered mainly with the peat levels. The bioavailable content and the related to the changes of soil pH and water soluble organic matter after the application of peat to the soils.
