摘  要:本试验以豇豆为试材,采用土培法,研究了土壤中不同浓度的外源铬(0、2、8、15、25mgkg-1)对豇豆幼苗生长及生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,外源Cr6+浓度为2mgkg-1时,促进了豇豆幼苗的生长;浓度为15mgkg-1时却显著抑制了幼苗的生长;浓度达25mgkg-1时出苗迟缓,子叶不能展开,茎明显增粗,且有黑根及死苗现象。对SOD活性的影响表现为随着Cr6+浓度的增大,先升高后降低。说明,低浓度的外源铬促进了豇豆幼苗的生长,高浓度的外源铬抑制了幼苗的生长。Asparagus bean seedling was treated with different concentration of exogenous Cr solution (0,2,8,15,25 mg kg^-1)in soil. The results showed that 2 mg kg^-1 -Cr treatment could enhance growth of seedling. However, 15 mg kg^-1 -Cr treatment could significantly restrain growth of seedling. 25 mg kg^-1 -Cr treatment could make seedling grow slowly, cotyledon fold, stem diameter increase, some roots get black, and seedlings die. As the concentration of exogenous Cr increased, the activity of SOD increased then decreased. In brief, low concentration of Cr solution enhanced growth of seedling, but high concentration of Cr solution could restrained growth of seedling.
