摘　　要：《孙子兵法》中蕴含一个以孙子势哲学为核心的孙子哲学体系,它是由孙子人本唯物论、孙子势哲学、孙子辩证法、孙子管理哲学构成的,其全部内容融合成广义孙子势哲学。势在人类社会和自然界具有普遍性、永恒性,是实施特定决策目标的合动力统一体;孙子势哲学揭示了若干超前理念;市场与战场均具有竞争性,同时又有本质的区别;现代人学用《孙子兵法》主要是学习孙子思维方式,领悟孙子思维方式只有通过学习孙子哲学才能实现,所以孙子势哲学在构建兵法经营学中具有基础作用。There is a philosophical system with Sun Tzu posture philosophy as the core in Military Science of Sun Tzu. It is consisted of Sun Tzu＇s person-centered materialism, posture philosophy, dialectics, and management philosophy. All of these constitute the general Sun Tzu posture philosophy. Posture is the core of Sun Tzu philoso- phy. Posture is general and eternal in human society and natural world. It is the unified dynamics to carry out some decision-making goals. Sun Tzu posture philosophy discovers some advanced concepts. Although both business and military activities are competitive, there is intrinsic difference between them. People in modern society who learn Military Science of Sun Tzu mainly learn Sun Tzu＇s mode of thinking,which can only be realized via studying Sun Tzu philosophy. Therefore,Sun Tzu posture philosophy has the fundamental function in building strategic business science.
