摘　　要：当代企业管理可以从《孙子兵法》治理军队的谋略思路中寻求借鉴和启示。企业家应从《孙子兵法》"主孰有道"、"将孰有能"、"法令孰行"、"士卒孰练"、"赏罚孰明"等思想中寻求"主必有道"、"将必有能"、"令必素行"、"士卒必练"、"赏罚必明"的企业管理之道,并长期坚持,必将有益于提高企业管理效果和整体实力。The strategic train of thought of directing troops in Military Science of Sun Tzu can be absorbed and utilized in modern enterprise management. Entrepreneurs should seek the enterprise management methods of ＂The master should have his own Tao＂2 ＂The general should have his own ability＂, ＂The orders should be carried out strictly＂ ,＂The soldiers should do some training very often＂ and ＂Rewards and punishments should be implemented strictly and fairly＂ from the thoughts of ＂Which master has his own Tao ＂,＂Which general has his own ability＂, ＂Who has carried out the orders strictly＂ , ＂Whose soldiers do some training very often＂,and ＂whose rewards and punishments are implemented strictly and fairly＂ in Military Science of Sun Tzu. Abiding by these principles permanently is certain to help improve the effectiveness and overall strength of enterprise management.
